01 Agreement
These Terms are a contract between you and BeamLink. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use BeamLink. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your region to use the app.
02 The service
BeamLink is a security toolkit for iPhone and iPad. It includes encrypted device-to-device file transfer, a tracker-blocking browser, network checks, and optional system-level protection. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
03 Your account
Some features require an account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.
04 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use BeamLink to send, store, or access unlawful content, or content you don't have the right to share;
- infringe others' rights, distribute malware, or harass anyone;
- attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its infrastructure;
- use the app to circumvent laws that apply to you.
You are solely responsible for the files you transfer and the sites you visit.
05 Memberships & purchases
Certain features, such as system-level protection, require a paid membership. Purchases are made through your Apple App Store account and are subject to Apple's terms. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple in line with App Store policy. If a membership lapses, paid features stop and the free tools remain available.
06 Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we protect it. By using BeamLink you also agree to that policy.
07 Availability & changes
We work to keep BeamLink running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, and we may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll post the new version here and update the date above; continuing to use the app means you accept the changes.
08 Disclaimers
BeamLink is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that the app will meet every need or be uninterrupted or completely secure. Network conditions and third-party services are outside our control.
09 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeamLink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that can't be limited under applicable law.
10 Termination
You may stop using BeamLink and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or use the app in a way that harms others or the service.
